SKAZY is committed to ensuring that the collection and processing of your personal data, carried out from the site www.sobloo.nc, complies with French law applicable in New Caledonia, Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties, as amended by Order No. 2018-1125 of 12 December 2018 implementing Act No. 2018-497 of 20 June 2018 on the protection of personal data, itself adopted pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the "GDPR").
